The session includes a balanced practice that demonstrates how different categories of postures contribute to overall health. Standing poses build strength and balance, forward folds calm the nervous system, backbends energize and open the chest for deeper breathing, and twists support spinal health and digestion. Pranayama techniques are introduced as accessible daily habits that can lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, and improve focus.
